...part of the Robert Mondavi "To Kalon Project." The tanks are something to behold. There are about fifty of these 5,000 gal French oak fermenters (costing $40k each) that rise from the ground floor to the upper floor in their new gravity-feed facility. The tanks were made in France, then disassembled and shipped over here to Mondavi for re-assembly.
