More Thursday visits included a stop at Schramsberg for a short tour of the caves. There was lots of work going on at the time, as bottles were being stacked like so many bricks agains a wall for aging. We later had a taste of the yet-to-be-released J. Schram 2003 Rose.

Friday started out with a morning visit to Cakebread. The Cakebread Family acted as Chair of this year's Auction Napa Valley, and they'd prepared a welcome for media. Dennis Cakebread gives us some insight on the Cakebread vineyard.
